空壓機(Ji)的停用在各個單[Dan]位[Wei]都常有發[Fa]生。那麼在[Zai]初次[Ci]開機前空[Kong]壓機[Ji]停放時[Shi]間超過三個(Ge)月或空[Kong]壓機停用時間超(Chao)過三個月，再[Zai]次(Ci)開[Kai]機前需要采取有[You]效措施，bi須先請(Qing)專業空壓機人員對(Dui)機器(Qi)進行保養檢測(Ce)，制定安全措施，避免開機後發生(Sheng)不良狀況。

1、先[Xian]檢查電路狀态，是否正常供(Gong)電，電壓是否穩定；測量電動機(Ji)絕[Jue]緣電阻，數值大[Da]于1MΩ。

1. Check the state of the circuit first, whether the power supply is normal, whether the voltage is stable; Measure the insulation resistance of the motor, the value is greater than 1M.



2、檢(Jian)查空壓機配件上是(Shi)否含有積水，灰塵，及(Ji)時清理(Li)。

3、對進氣口，出(Chu)氣口全面[Mian]檢測，防止(Zhi)發生(Sheng)堵塞現象

4、在上述都已經完成的情況可以接通電(Dian)源，查看電(Dian)腦控制器是否[Fou]正常運行

5、更[Geng]換三濾(Lü)和潤滑油。因為在長(Zhang)期不用的情況下，三濾(Lü)，油可能發生[Sheng]老化(Hua)現象，從而造成空壓(Ya)機開機運行(Hang)時間不(Bu)長即(Ji)結膠積碳或堵塞，油路不(Bu)暢使空壓機主機[Ji]或其他零部[Bu]件損壞。

5. Replace three filters and lubricants. Because in the case of long-term non-use, three filters may cause oil aging phenomenon, which causes the air compressor start-up time is not long, that is, cementing carbon deposit or blockage, oil circuit is not smooth, so that air compressor main engine or other parts are damaged.



6、專業人員試[Shi]機，電路改[Gai]造後人工(Gong)控制加載卸載，先[Xian]空(Kong)載運行10分鐘以上，檢測各項指[Zhi]标和[He]震動、噪音(Yin)等正(Zheng)常，再進行(Hang)加載，查[Cha]看各部件運(Yun)行正常即(Ji)可。

6. Professional personnel test machine, after circuit modification, manual control loading and unloading, first no-load operation for more than 10 minutes, detection of various indicators and vibration, noise and other normal, then load, check the normal operation of the components.
